NQ Support Coordination was founded by Tara, who spent years working across North Queensland’s disability and community services sector before starting her NQ Support Coordination. She kept seeing the same thing: Individuals outside the major centres with funding in their plan and nowhere to spend it. Not a lack of choice on paper — a lack of it in practice.
That’s why we do things differently. We take the time to understand your goals, your barriers, and what’s actually available where you live — then build relationships with providers who’ll show up, not just send a quote. Whether you’re in Townsville or Mount Isa, support coordination should never be limited by postcode.
